The restaurant had nice dinner options, and I enjoyed pleasant dishes. the staff was truly professional and service-oriented, providing excellent service. the hotel's location was superb and unbeatable, with a giant Gothic cathedral located relatively close by.

The room was top-class and stylish, equipped with coffee/tea making facilities, a kettle, and an iron. the location is marvelous and convenient, right next to the Cathedral and near various cafes, shops, shopping streets, restaurants.

Really enjoyed Cologne, the hotel was comfortable central and homey in the center of Cologne nightlife. Service-minded team with a female receptionist who was also friendly. My room included coffee/tea making machines, a safe box, and a kettle. The breakfast had lots of outstanding options, and was warm and savoury.

A classy vibe was set up here. the restaurant was cool and the chef there was awesome. We tried some really delicious dishes 🍽️.

Great food, good service, and exceptional view of the cathedral, plus an elegant ambiance and a great location within walking distance to shopping streets and a market.

As bike riders, we were thrilled to find that the hotel had a secure parking facility for our bicycles. The staff were also very helpful in providing us with information about nearby bike routes and workshops for bike maintenance. The glass elevator outside the hotel provided a unique and enjoyable experience, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.

The room was high-class with a very big bed and reasonably spacious bathroom. The hotel is adjacent to the center of Cologne, within walking distance to the Cathedral and LAB12 cocktail bar. There is a Tesla charger in the basement, which is convenient for electric vehicle owners. I recommend stopping by Gliss Coffee Contor for coffee and treats; it's close to the venue.

The location was excellent and absolutely perfect for walking around a medieval Catholic church. Shopping streets and a market were right next door.

Everything was very GOOD, so were wonderful views of the cathedral. the staff were hard-working. - the atmosphere was elegant. - I was pleased with good service. - Appreciated every minute of being there, would be happy to recommend.

Lovely hotel with a spotless clean room. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central station. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. a fantastic stay!
